These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Laju99 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing Laju99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited pending investigation.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not permitted to use the Platform.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on Laju99. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other identifiable connection — are strictly prohibited. In the event duplicate accounts are detected, Laju99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus usage pending investigation.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laju99 does not provide legal advice. Members who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability. When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Laju99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify Laju99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Laju99 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be requested to submit supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
The Laju99 Platform is provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, operate accounts for other individuals, or engage in any form of commercial activity using the Platform.
Laju99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. Laju99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
While Laju99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the Platform — including odds, game results, account balances, and bonus terms — is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error (including, but not limited to, an obviously incorrect odds display), Laju99 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state.
Laju99 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Laju99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended in cases requiring additional verification, during high-volume periods, or where suspicious activity has been flagged for review. Laju99 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The primary transaction currency on Laju99 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, wagers, payouts, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in MYR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to Laju99's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Funds deposited to your Account must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for deposit, to the extent technically and operationally practicable. Laju99 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds and may delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory AML review.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Laju99 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms will be displayed at the point of bonus offer acceptance and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
Welcome bonus offers are available to new Members only and may be claimed once per individual, household, device, or IP address. Laju99 offers multiple welcome bonus options, including but not limited to: the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 2,880, with a 35x wagering requirement), the 100% Standard Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 300, with a 10x wagering requirement), the 188% Esports Bonus (up to MYR 888, with an 18x wagering requirement), and the 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688, with a 10x wagering requirement). Bonus Funds must be wagered the requisite number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion). Certain game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — for example, some slot games may contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Laju99 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases where promotional abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
All sports bets placed on Laju99 — including pre-match, in-play, and same-match parlay bets — are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity between these general Terms and the specific sport or event rules, the specific rules shall prevail. Coverage includes Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, international cricket, and other sports as made available from time to time.
All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Each game has its own rules, minimum/maximum bet limits, and published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Players are advised to review the individual game rules before play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or bet, Laju99 reserves the right to void affected rounds or transactions. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, the stake for that round will be returned to the Member's Account Balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Laju99.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laju99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
Laju99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Laju99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Laju99 customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited, and any remaining Balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure subject to KYC verification.
Laju99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Member has breached these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity has been identified; a Member is found to be under the age of 21; or where continued Account operation would violate applicable licensing requirements or regulatory obligations.
Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balances will be returned to the Member subject to applicable AML verification and deduction of any amounts owed to Laju99. Laju99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Laju99 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to Laju99's customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided by Laju99's licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Laju99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
